Terms and Conditions

These terms cover your use of devloytech.in and the free bot audit offered by Devloy Technologies. Paid plans are covered by a separate written agreement, which wins if the two conflict.

The free audit

• You share up to 500 recent bot conversations, by file upload or read-only helpdesk access.
• Findings appear in your dashboard as each conversation is checked, usually within the hour, followed by a report. There is no charge and no obligation to buy.
• You confirm you have the right to share the conversations with us for this purpose.

What the report is and isn't

Findings are produced by automated rules and AI models, with medium and high findings checked a second time by a stronger model. They can be wrong, and your team should review them. They are an aid to your own review, not legal, regulatory, or compliance advice. Using Devloy does not by itself make you compliant with RBI guidance, the DPDP Act, or any other law. You stay responsible for decisions you make based on the report.

Paid plans

Paid plans are billed monthly in advance through Razorpay, plus applicable taxes. You can cancel at any time from the dashboard, and your plan stays active until the end of the period you paid for. Plan limits are shown on the billing page.

Your data

You own your conversations and your report. We process them as described in our Privacy Policyand keep them confidential.

Acceptable use

Don't use the site to break the law, send malware, or try to access systems or data you are not allowed to.

Our content

The site, its design, and its text belong to Devloy Technologies. Examples on the site are illustrative and use made-up data.

Liability

The site and free audit are provided as they are. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for the free audit is limited to ₹10,000.

Law and disputes

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in India have jurisdiction.
